I restored a message I accidentally deleted but the attachment was not there. Please advise how
to restore the full message AND attachment without contacting the sender.

You'll have to contact the sender.
As MailWasher only downloads the first few hundred lines of the email (I'm not sure how many it is in your version, or whether it is a user controllable parameter), MailWasher won't have downloaded the attachment, and so doesn't have a copy of it in the Recycle Bin that it can restore.
