Thanks, pretty frustrating for everyone. We've got some things sorted now and plan to have it all up and running tomorrow afternoon

Hi nick,

I just tried the mobile version.

It worked once partially .... at 09:03 GMT

I collected some of the mail , and deleted some.

But ... Some mail is still uncollected

dont understand that.

I have checked via another mail anti spam app on my macbook.

I noticed you are still working on it.

Lets see tomorrow.

Yes, it's not currently collecting email in the background at the moment.

Problem seems to have returned! Currently 16:45 UK time. Was fine at 09:00 today.

Has the problem started again?

For nearly two days now, when attempting to sync, MW Mobile gives me a message "No Emails" when my desktop MW Pro is able to find and show me anything up to 12 or more emails awaiting download.

This does not seem to be exactly the same problem as before, at least the message is different, but I wonder whether the fundamental difficulty is still the same?

UPDATE: it seems my install of MWM had somehow become "corrupted" since an uninstall, fresh download and re-install has resolved the problem. Emails now being picked up by MWM.

Ok, one of the servers died so people have been redirected to others.

The No Emails message has returned, with the MWM screen being otherwise blank. Has the problem returned?

Not seeing this problem with my IPad. Did you try restarting the app.

Have noticed some hiccups in re- establishing the server-connection upon waking from airplane mode.. Could that be relevant here?

@emmrecs We have had a few users say their email accounts were wiped, but sync'd again and all ok. Can you try this. Some reasons an email account is removed if it has trouble connecting or invalid credentials - we'd rather not get banned by keeping trying to connect if there's a problem. Obviously this needs some refinement.
