Hi
I have a fully registered version of Mailwasher Pro and am currently running v6.5.4. Over the years I've been very happy with the app but since I upgraded to Win7 it freezes on opening more often than not and I have to kill both the app and the process. It also gives me a "Shut down delays encountered" error when I close it followed by a "List index out of bounds (4)" dialog.
I know I've lived with this problem a long time so why report it now, but it just bugs me.
Is this a known issue? Is there any way to fix it?

Several times. Next time it happens I'll check the error log & post whatever I find there.

The program MailWasher.exe version 6.5.4.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

Did you try excluding your MWP executable {C:\Program Files (x86)\FireTrust\MailWasher Pro\MailWasher.exe} from your security system — especially from components such as HIPS and SandBox.witchseason wrote:Is there any way to fix it?
