I don't know if this is relevant but we ran some basic telnet connections from command line with MWES running versus not running.

Re: After installation mail can't be sent to some domains
Were you able to find anything out on the Imail forum? I want to implement this on all 3 of my servers but not being able to send mail between the servers prevents me from doing so.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been travelling. I'm going to chase up iMail as they haven't yet approved me as a forum user. I'll ask their support too.

Re: After installation mail can't be sent to some domains
Can I get your iMail license number, or licensee details so I can initiate a conversation with the tech support.
They said:
"Before I can transfer your support case to our technical staff, I have to verify the license information and support contract. To do this, I will need the serial number for the IMail license. This can be retrieved from the IMail administration console under 'licensing' or 'system'. If you are unable to retrieve the serial number, please provide the company name and/or email address that the IMail license is registered to. "
You can send it to me at nick.bolton@firetrust.com

Still waiting to hear back from ipswitch. They sent me a survey to ask how their customer service was... I'll chase them up
