Incorrect Notification Message Quantities

Right after my re-install, I started getting (2) notification messages after each email check. 1 had the correct number of emails, the other was quite a bit larger ( by 12 -20 )

Now I am only getting the larger, It averages 14 or so more than is actually there. Is there any way to reset the counter ? TIA -David

Are you certain that you don't have two instances of the app installed? Also the notifications may come for each different Account.

I don't think so. I have done several restarts and cold boots of the phone recently

I'm pretty sure I only have a single account setup.

No , not that I know off. I did login online as you suggested when I lost the login. Maybe I'm still logged in there ????

problem is still there. Now the quantity is down to 7-8 extra

The notifications are based on your device so can you uninstall the app, restart the phone and then re-install the app. Hopefully this fixes the issue.
