MailWasher Mobile keeps saying unable to contact server

Hi,

MailWasher Mobile keeps saying unable to contact server when trying to log on.

This means it cannot be used.

Please advise how to overcome this problem.

Are you using the old v 1.4 or the new 2.0.0? Both services are working, servers are ok and I can logon ok.
