Tried to log onto 800notes web site on Firefox, message said "Access denied. Your request has been denied by OctoNet HTTP filter." Logged on from Chrome and Internet Explorer. Uninstalled HideAway, logged on OK. Lenovo technician said Hideaway was the problem.

Yup, looks like a bunch of our servers are being blocked by their website filter. Given we've only had some of these IPs for a few months I suspect these blocks were in place beforehand.

To access in HA in you could do a few things.

Create an Exclusion rule so that traffic to the 800notes.com and octo.net sites are ignored by HideAway. Doing this means you can leave the other rules to redirect through whatever server is being blocked.

Set your browser or machine rule in HideAway to go through a specific server that is not blocked by their filter. So Melbourne, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Geneva, Istanbul, and Phillipsburg NJ all work OK. If you have a rule set to "Any Location' then HideAway chooses the fastest server it can connect to.

I've contacted the 800Notes site as well and requested those IP addresses be unblocked.

Cheers
