I wasn't aware that there was one. I don't have the URL for it. When was it released? I'm using the second version of 1.0. All I get is a totally blank screen. I get the app screen followed by a totally blank screen when I reboot the iPad. I don't get the use new version message. Reinstall what I've got? I sometimes get the "unable to contact server" message.

I rebooted again, and cleared the apps used. MWM appears to be working again.

It's still 1.0 but they put up a patched version for this problem.

Since I don't remember which one you are using, here are the links for both topics:

Thanks. I'm using the patched version. Things appear to be back to normal after the last reboot.

The version in those topics was a fix for the symptoms that you described. You should see an error flash for a short period of time indicating a failed connection, did a recovery after the error so it will attempt the connection again and the added a Start Button at the top of the window on the LH side to restart MWM instead of the hang.

I don't see a restart button, but I'm only using one ISP. What I have is the name of the ISP. When I tap that, I get an area below that. When I press and hold that briefly, MWM will do what appears to be a scan.

The Start Button will show up in the same place as what you call the ISP(Account) and only after the problem.

This topic had a description of how I ran a test on the patched version. If you have both phone and wi-fi you will need to turn them both off in the iPad settings.

You can initiate the sync (check mail) at any time with a down gesture in the grid window, just pull down and you will see the sync dialogue at the top momentarily.
