Can't login to Yahoo mail server - solution

Hi,

in order to login to Yahoo mail server, you have to make changes in Yahoomail.
Click on person icon and then click on Account Info.
Go to Account Security and click on "Manage app passwords".
Click on "Select your app". Choose Other app. Enter name for your application which is Mailwasher. Click on generate.
Copy the password to clipboard and paste it into password field in Mailwasher.
You should also write it down to a text file for safekeeping. Click on Done.

No OAUTH needed.

I was having trouble receiving e-mail from Yahoo Mail Pro with MailWasher Pro although I could receive it if I just went to Yahoo. I tried some good suggestions from others but they didn't help. I was scrolling through the Forums looking for related subjects and found your post. I tried your suggestion and MailWasher Pro has worked properly the two times I have tried it since I made the change. Thank you for your post.
