Mark as spam buttons sometimes don't seem to work

Tue Jul 21, 2020 2:05 am

My having recently turned 80 could be the cause of the following!

I've been using MailWasher Pro for a goodly number of years, and am pretty familiar with the user interface, but recently (a month or two, maybe more or less than that) I've been puzzled when sometimes the "Mark as spam" buttons don't get recognised, as in the attached screenshot. I then have to use the context menu "Mark as spam" entry to get the desired result.

What could cause this strange behaviour?

The screenshot happens to show it happening when there's only a single row in the Inbox, but I vaguely and not definitively recall that sometimes it has happened when there were multiple rows.

Hi Tony

Install this beta, it has the right fixes for this issue. It'll install fine over the top.

I may have the same issue. Sometimes (completely at random) when I classify good/spam it seems to set the delete column correctly but the line remains grey. Just downloaded your beta, will give it a try.

UPDATE: After waiting a week or more since installing the beta -- thanks for that -- it seems not to be happening any more (but a few more weeks will tell for sure).
