Mails not collected on MW but appearing in Mailwsher??

Hi,
I have two active addresses in MW, one is working fine, but the other starts looking but stops and only the first address one appear. When I look in Thunderbird, after sorting mails from the 'good' address, the ones from the other address are there.
I checked the account data on MW for the second address and it seems to be ok.

Any ideas?

Can you try sending me some logs, go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs.
Reply back here once sent, so I can confirm they arrived all OK.

No problem, that sends it into the regular support queue which is easy to find.

The SFR account is getting back this error
S: -ERR Invalid login or password

For the account, first under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> try changing the username to the full email address >> click OK.
If that doesn't work, you can check the password entered using the eye icon, the other settings look OK.

The Thunderbird settings are the same as MW, except the user name is the full email address.

I tried what you suggested and it dropped straight away no delay as it was with the mahon.finbar user name.

Working fine with Thunderbird but I cannot see the password there.

However, when changing back to the original user name it failed the server test.....!!

I changed the password at sfr.fr and entered the new password in MW, but the server test failed again.

You have the port data etc from the log?

What do you mean by it dropped straight away ?

If it didn't fail the server test when changing username to the full email address, then that should be all good and working.
Maybe send me another set of logs as above.
