Account Name/SPAM?

I get several entries a day where the account name is correct but it is appended /spam.

Many times these are legitimate messages, but I can't get them to come over to Thunderbird, and I can't see them on my webmail system either.

What is all this about, and how do I fix it?

Yes, sounds like these are in the spam folder on your email accounts mail server...?

Log into the account and check the spam folder, you'll likely see these emails in there....?
