Problem retrieving product keys

Fri Aug 20, 2010 4:17 pm

I've accessed the "Firetrust User System | Firetrust" Web pages several times today, attempting to retrieve my product/registration keys for Benign and MailWasher Pro. The following statement is relevant to my inquiry here:
Purchases marked in yellow are being processed. This action should not take more than two minutes. Please refresh your browser to see the updated status.
I click on the relevant radio buttons and the following is then displayed:
Product Name - Quantity - Date of Purchase - Product Key
Benign - 1 - 1 Jan 2010 - Processing...
MailWasher Pro - 1 - 1 Jan 2010 - Processing...
Checking back with that page, after receiving the access URL via e-mail each time, reveals the very same situation: "Processing..." It's been that way for several hours, let alone two minutes; and I've yet to receive those product keys.

Any helpful advice you can give me, in regard to this inertia, will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Drat, it is 4:30 PM on Friday in New Zealand, still an e-mail to support at firetrust.com might catch someone that can sort out the issue.
I am not a Firetrust employee just a MW user.

Forums however are much faster, so Joesph I've resent those Registrations your address, should arrive soon, if not let me know.

Thanks

Rusticdog, thank you very much for your efforts to help me in this situation. Unfortunately, I've not received any electronic-mail messages containing those product/registration codes. I've received access URLs from Firetrust User Login | Firetrust, both yesterday and today; plus, I've received notifications of replies to this thread.

:dunno

In the event, the relevant Web page looked like this several minutes ago:

OK, I've sent you the reg codes via PM. Will chase up with the web guys about this processing business....I've never even noticed it before.

Mission accomplished, rusticdog! Yay! Thank you very much for those codes. Yeah, there's definitely something wrong with that Web page - or, erm, something. Best wishes and good luck to you!

:cheers
