Vista Install Problem - Stopped at partial splash screens

I have just installed Mailwasher Pro 2010 on Vista. Restarted computer. Mailwasher stalls at splash screens not matter what I try. What is the fix for this bug please?

At a guess it would be your Firewall blocking access to MailWasherProApp.exe

Do you recall when you installed and started if your Firewall prompted for internet access for both MailWasherPro.exe and MailWashProApp.exe ?

I hd the same problem yesterday. It had been working fine but after a 4-day break it hung at th splash screen twice and grey screen once. Needed a reboot and that cleared it.

I am using Win7
