Problems/tips/tricks with MailWasher Enterprise, Windows and Exchange

- It begins with a single step
having problems with some mail not clearing after mail is washed and processed by mailwasher after being forwarded to outlook. and occassionly not even forwarded to mailwasher. Have had to manually delete (tick) mail already forwarded but original still left in mailwasher. Makes things a bit complicated to have to check to see if its still the same mail that was forwarded to outlocck and then manually delete it. Any help would be appreciated.
