Changing Colors of E-mail Messages Listed to White or No Color

The e-mails listed are often in a green color. Is there a way to have all e-mails listed just be without any kind of color?

From the main MailWasher screen click Display Options >> you can either choose to use other colours if you prefer, or turn down the brightness slider to desired location.

Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about. See the green line that has the e-mail message? I tried lowering the display brightness but it didn't seem to do anything about the green. And the color choices all are colors, not offering a white background.

If you lower it right down it doesn't make it go away at all ?
