Restore not working on one email

Restore works on other deleted files - the ones I don't want!!

I have just received a chat transcript containing techie details, which took about 45 minutes to go through. It has gone to spam.

1) I can't restore it.
2) I can't see all of the message, it appears to have been truncated.

Is there anyway to see the rest of the message, or do I have to go through setting up the chat again?

Sorry I missed this post.

MailWasher only stores the part of the email it saw, so there is no way for MailWasher to restore the rest of the message that is missing. The chat/service provider will possibly still have this on record and be able to resend maybe..
