I didn't change any settings but all of a sudden today ALL of my email gets trashed to the recycle bin. When I try to restore i9t, it trashes them again even though I have "restore" as a rule to NEVER trash restored email. What happened?
It auto deletes everything even after uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
This is AWFUL.
My email is all getting sent to recycle

Re: My email is all getting sent to recycle
Do you have emails tagged by SpamCop set to auto-delete ?
Under Settings >> Spam Tools >> Origin of Spam >> Options >> you can check there.
Unfortunately SpamCop had an issue with the domain expiring, as a side-effect all lookups sent to SpamCop were returning positive results.

With all the results being positive, MailWasher will be caching these false results so we want to reset that, that will be why emails coming in now are still getting positive matches.

No worries, and you are not alone. Been reading posts from Systems Administrators having emails in the thousands being tagged on their server. The issue should be fixed now, however I realise in the same area I mentioned above there is a caching option as well, set this to 0 >> Save >> then restart MailWasher.FatherJohnNC wrote: ↑Mon Feb 01, 2021 10:54 amThank you - that seems to have been it.
