Second computer - cannot login to sync second computer

Hi,
Second computer - cannot login to sync second computer.
The second computer wants an email and password.
When I provide it - I get no indication of a login successful and
cannot sync to a second computer.

We're not entirely sure why this system can be so unreliable, whole system needs to be reworked.
If you want a quick transfer of all settings etc.. then on the existing machine go File >> Export >> set to include Learning and give the file a name and save location >> Export >> this will create a .mwp file that you can transfer to the other machine, then just double click the file to run it on that machine, or import under File >> Import.
