Account Setup on Multiple Installations

Contemplating setting up MW on a second system. I am not particularly interested in allowing the user of the second system to have access to the same mail accounts as I have set up on the first system. Are incoming mail accounts that are defined in MW computer-specific, or are they defined for all users under the same MW User ID?

The accounts are tied to the user, so as long as the person uses another username on the machine, they wouldn't see your accounts and vice versa.
