If still problems, please try this....
(NOTE: I advise a backup before any updates via File>>Export within MWPro just in case any unforeseen issues)
* open Mailwasher Pro and click, Settings>>Accounts, click your account and click, "Remove Account", click, "Yes, remove it",
* In Mailwasher Pro click Help>>User Files, open the cache folder and delete the folder named, "MSAL" close and restart Mailwasher Pro.
* In Mailwasher Pro click, Settings>>Accounts>>Add Email Account, type any name for this account you like, enter your email address and click Save.
* Click the Incoming tab and click "Sign in with... (your provider here)", follow the prompts and you'll be asked for permission to allow MW access to the account, ensure you agree to this.
* If it shows successful, click Save again on the outgoing tab, refresh folders on the IMAP tab (IF asked) and you are all set.

Installed v7.12.188 and everything appears to be working normally again. Thank you to everybody involved in bringing this fix to us in such a short space of time.

I'll try again, but I'm skeptical...
Update...
NOW it works. Don't know why, but it seems to accept OAUTH security now. (Last night, it didn't...)
BUT - it doesn't want to save settings when I change from SSL/TLS to OAUTH
Update #2...
After a restart, I was unable to log in to one of my accounts. I removed the old account and set up a new one - it seems to work now...
Re: An unknown error has occurred. MailWasher is unable to determine the cause of this error.
Not for me, it didn't. Plus, I think it messed with my settings. I can't get into any of my Yahoo accounts to download my messages - I tried many different settings last night, but nothing worked... many times when I tried to save my changes, I got a "Connection to server failed" message.

MWP also not working on Win 8.1 64-bit system.atiamplan wrote: ↑Tue Nov 14, 2023 4:03 amI've just seen the post from @gingbat saying that the "Problem confirmed only for Windows 11". This is incorrect, as many Windows 10 users are affected too, including myself.
I am running MWP on Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 Build 19045.3636 and confirm that the issue persists on my laptop Windows 11 laptop too.

Try deleting the account and then adding it again. If that doesn't work, please start a new thread so that your problem doesn't get lost with all the other messages in this one.

OK, so .188 fixed everything, except that I lost all spam filtering. All emails are not marked, and I need to re-mark them good and bad. I suppose something to do with Bayesian? Any way for me to get it back as previously?
Thanks.
Thanks.
