Registration kay after format pc

Hi,
I 've FORMATTED MY PC, AND WHEN I re- INSTALLED MAILWASHER, AND ENTERED THE REGISTRATION KEY, IT TELL ME THAT THE KEY HAS BEEN USED TOO MANY TIMES.

WHY DO YOU SAY THIS TO ME?
I HAVE A LIFETIME LICENSE

Welcome to the Mailwasher 7 Forum.

Your Mailwasher Pro license is only valid for use on three computers. I presume that you are seeing the message because you have tried to enter the registration key a fourth time. Only Mailwasher Support (support at firetrust dot com) (EDIT: I [gingbat] removed the link Phil or spammers harvest the addresses ) can deal with subscription issues.

I cannot find where in the app you can deactivate your subscription, which many apps offer so that you can manage your own subscriptions when doing a planned format (deactivate before format and then reactivate after the format and reinstallation of the product. In the case where a computer dies suddenly, it is common to have to contact the company unless they have an online subscription portal to reset your licence count by removing the dead computer and permitting you to reactivate your product on a new computer.

That might be something for Firetrust to consider implementing . . .

Yes, we have limited activations for keys to help prevent piracy in case of lost keys stolen PC's etc, no problem to reset it though, just send your key to support at firetrust dot com requesting this.
