Yesterday, after some experimentation, I registered MW7 and set up a new install for a family member.
All seemed very encouraging and we categorized a bunch of domains. All seemed well...
This morning, spam is getting through unabated, and MW does not seem to be seeing all the messages that are on the IMAP server (I can see they are still on the server by using webmail).
MW does not complain about access problems, and can refresh the IMAP folder list just fine.
What could have broken???
I've poked around at all the options I can find, and I have restarted MW. At this point, I am stuck. All suggestions appreciated.

Hi Doug,
Possibly these emails are read? by default MW only shows unread emails....
If you want it to show unread emails as well, in MWPro click, Settings>>Accounts, click your email account, and click the Incoming tab>>Advanced, and ensure that, "Download read emails" is ticked there.
You can also choose how many days you want the program to download mail for.
Note that this is for IMAP accounts only, POP accounts show ALL mail on the mail servers inbox folder regardless.

Maybe I didn't describe the problem well enough. MW was actually not processing the emails at all. Junk was getting through.
I think it is fixed now, but I'm a bit uneasy, because I don't know how I fixed it! I think the key was to delete and re-enter all the IMAP account information. Somehow, I had got the program into an odd state.
I am wondering if I cause MW to get confused when I changed the number of days to download from 7 to 14, while it was processing?
In any case, I *think* it is working fine now.
