Lately, when I add a new filter - it just doesn't work. I go through the normal process of ADD FILTER, DESCRIPTION, ADD RULE and select ENTIRE MESSAGE. Could I have exceeded the number of rules possible?
Thanks!

No, there is no limit so that wont be the issue... possibly post a screenshot of the text you are trying to filter, and the filter itself and we can take a look?

Yes, likely that text has a hidden character somewhere within the text in the body of the email, so often a sentence in a filter wont work because of it...
You'd need to go to the actual email in MW, click on it, then click Show email info >> Source to see what the actual text is.....

Re: SETTINGS/FILTER problem...
Went into a new message and did my normal thing. That didn't work - so, went into source and picked out a word. That didn't work either. I will just learn to live with the way it is working now.gingbat wrote: ↑Wed Jun 11, 2025 5:51 amYes, likely that text has a hidden character somewhere within the text in the body of the email, so often a sentence in a filter wont work because of it...

Re: SETTINGS/FILTER problem...
Yes, a simple one word filter should definitely work... you are welcome to send the email in question, a screenshot of the filter you are trying, (and refer to this post) to support at firetrust dot com and I can do some tests here if you wish?
To do this, open MWPro and click the "Show email info" link just above the preview pane, (Click View>>Preview Pane if you do not have this enabled) then click the "Source tab.
That will show the raw text of the email, copy that into a new txt file (click in the email and click ctrl A to select all, then click Ctrl C to copy) and send as an attachment.

Thanks for the clear steps and the video you placed https://1drv.ms/v/s!Ak8zLigJcntgeometry dash liteT4l8m7NKes3a69h5S?e=koBdby!
I’ve just sent over the email source as a .txt attachment along with a screenshot of the filter I'm testing. Fingers crossed the one-word filter will catch it.
