My tool wash-mail don´t work

My mail washer pro 2010 does not bar the wash mail is disabled already reinstalled it but nothing happens, how to proceed in this case?

In MailWasher can you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> in the Ticket Number field enter the word beta >> Send Logs.
