How can I get MailWasher Pro to not notify me of messages that I already read?
For example, I have 480 messages in my hotmail account. Everytime MailWasher Pro starts it tells me I have 480 new messages. Same thing for my ISP email. It does not seem to matter whether caching is on or off. What is happening here?

It's not something we currently cater for, though we could look to add something like this in future. It's a very reasonable thing to want.

Suppress the sound if all the mail has been marked as read? That would be a handy option.

Change the pop-up to only show the count of unread messages? I like that too.

I should have added too rxtopc, in the meantime if you are going to be loading the same messages over often, keep caching on. It's much faster than actually downloading the email.

Trying to finish the last 2 levels on CoD:WaW on normal (I usually favour Easy as I'm not that good ) I'm also playing Alien Swarm, not bad but I would not have purchased it, but for free you cannot complain too much

Yes, I have caching on but this does change my original issue.

How disappointing. Here I thought by upgrading this feature would of been implemented. I can show you two that have this feature. One is free and the other is shareware. There are probably more. I do not have time to test any more. These application do not even come close to MailWasher. So, with MailWasher being a leader, this should be implemented. By the way, you should cater to people...especially that I am paying here. Maybe, I should conatct Nick for my money back since a basic feature is not present.

It's not a commonly requested feature. Should we add all features that aren't commonly requested ?

The fact that you've now though brought it to our attention, at least means that we are aware that this is something we should consider, and like I said, it's a very reasonable suggestion, so I see no reason why we won't do this.
