MailWasher Pro: 2010 error message

I am using Win XP but am now even more confused. I don't know what Stan is, don't understand how to get anything similar to the screenshot you provided. Am I supposed to be searching elsewhere? I did try but I just cannot figure it out. And when MW Pro freezes up I can't do anything else at all, cannot leave to go elsewhere so I have no choice but to use Task Manager to close it out. I then get an error message from MS asking me if I want to report the error.

I will do the uninstall and see what happens.

Thanks to both of you for your help and advice. I will report back if that works.

I did the uninstall but I don't recall anything about user files. I then installed it once again. It worked fine yesterday, no error messages of any kind and it was fast to load messages, wash mail and then send to my inbox. I thought things were finally working fine until this a.m. and once again it was back to loading the mail very slowly, slow to accept the checkmark for deletion and then when it was almost done I got the dreaded Processor error message telling me it was stopped but that the messages were still being processed. A fat lot of good that does me since it is locked up and I can't do anything at all so I don't care that the messages are still being processed because if I stay with this useless locked up program I might as well not even have this type of program. I am now back to using MW Pro 6.5.3 which works great. I honestly do not know what else to try but I will uninstall once more and try downloading again.

I also do not understand why none of the files I have tried to send you don't get there. It is like function isn't working on mine.
