It is seriously clunky on the desktop, loading is slow, the individual preview pane still does not work properly (see my previous posting at http://forum.firetrust.com/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=6678), and all in all the program is a real pain to use. Why I paid for this version I really don't know and I certainly won't be renewing..
I can really see no advantage over the previous versions and I want to revert please. How do I do this?

You can always download the older version from choosing the 'Old is Gold' download link.

Then just uninstall the one you don't want, install the one you do. I expect it will already have all your old settings still in place, so hopefully no need to setup again.
I've already started the refund process for you, may take a few days but you're emailed automatically.

I have been using MW Pro 2010 for a few weeks now and I have just un-installed it and reverted to the previous version. Like yourself, I find it too slow to launch and I think the new glitz and glam is not what Mailwasher was all about to start with. It should be regarded as a tool which is small, powerful and unobtrusive as possible at its intended task. Having a glitzy presentation is not what it is about, and making it much bigger and slower is a real negative in my book. The KISS principle still applies....
