I have done as you have suggested: No Change!!!

My guess is something with your Fonts is not correct.

Did you check to see if the font that Rustic Dog indicated that MWP normally uses is present on your system?

Here is link to a freeware utility that look at your Font installation. I haven't used it but think it's worth a try.

It appears since nothing changed then the problem is somewhere on your system.

This may be the first place to look. If you have an app that lets you specify the font to use then try this one and see if you can display the alphabet.

On your Settings, General setting have you changed the language setting?

If you go into your C:\Windows\Fonts folder, and double click on Calibri and Myriad Pro (Regular or Bold) and see if they displays ok. The latter might not be present, MailWasher uses another font if it isn't.

Who missed my Post about Clear Type Fonts??? I removed all the other fonts (that Windows would allow). Changing language has no effect. This must be a Bug related to 3D Theme. In Flat Display, only the name next to the Icon is unreadable. Does any one from FireTrust read these Posts? I need an expert's opinion.

Rusticdog is from Firetrust, it is there in black and white

My guess is that it is not the program but your deletion of the fonts. Self inflicted. The registry and font management info in windows thinks that something is there that you deleted.

We can add some more protection around people that remove fonts, we may yet (and probably will) embed the fonts into the application, that would at least prevent this kind of thing from happening, though it will increase the install size by a couple of MB.

It's displaying well enough now anyway right ? Just the Title that's missing, so that's good enough until we do decide the best course of action.


Out of interest, which fonts did you (Windows require you to) leave ?
