It would seem like failures in the FirstAlert checking/connecitvity is throwing MailWasher into a bit of a fizz again....this will cause excesisvely long evalaution times, with possible application hangs followed by crashes when clicking about.
Quick fix, disable FirstAlert under Settings >> Spam Tools >> FirstAlert .....
Have asked the techs to take a look, I get the feeling it's going to be the same FirstAlert Gateway that was giving us grief a couple of days ago, so we may just take it offline and leave the other Gateways to take the extra load....
