Search Won't

I'm trying to find help with a recycle bin problem in MailWasher Pro. Unfortunately, the only result I get is the following:

The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: recycle bin

With some advice on how long the words should be. NOT HELPFUL!!!!

Any suggestions?

Hi Diane

It's some backend server settings that are preventing this from working nicely. I'm in the process now of removing the previous search index, and will alter the settings and rebuild the search index so it won't block searching on words that are considered too common.

I have no idea how long this might take, but will let you know when it's done.

OK that was quick.

It's done, searches on terms such as recycle bin will now give you results.

Yes, type in "mailwasher pro recycle bin" without the quotes and you will get 75 hits.
