"No Email Accounts exist"

Mon Jul 29, 2013 5:58 am

I am using the latest version of 1.2. All been working ok untill today, now when I start the app I get "start" and "wash" instead of "Dave" and "Wash". When I press "start" I get the above "No email accounts exist". I have tried to add the account, but get a message from the server "Device Not Known". I have even tried Synch from the desktop but still not working.

Oddly though I get a notification For the Dave account, but on checking there are No Emails, and I am back to square one again.

Any idea what I am doing wrong or is there a problem at the server end with my account?

Yes, we had a server upgrade which didn't go as planned, so we rolled it back

No problem Nick, I have my fair share of phone system upgrades that dont go as planned. Backup, Backup, and Backup again. Can save a lot of grief.
