Reset of mobile sync account
I set up an account to sync to a mobile phone, but I have now changed my phone and I cannot remember any of the details of the synchronisation account I created in Mailwasher Pro 7. I have tried creating a new account but I just get an error saying that it is a duplicate. Can this be reset in any way so that I can start again?

Hi, I've deleted that for you now so you can re-create a new sync account.

I'm still having problems. If I click on sync Mobile in Mailwasher on my PC, I get {"errorCODE:103, errorMessage":"Failed, duplicate account"}

Not sure what you mean by this. I have signed in on my PC, but if I try to sync, I get the error message. I'm not sure how the synchronisation is supposed to work. I have downloaded the App to my mobile. What else do I need to do?You must use the same sign in/PW in all device for sync to function

On the Settings Tab on your PC select SYNC then Account, there is a unique Log On there. I have checked and it is the same. However, it is still happening.The Log On there and the mobile device must be identical for the Sync to work.

Sorry about this Brian, are you using the same email address as for signing up to this forum? I can't find that in our system, but if you are, I'll get the developers to hunt it down. Otherwise can you please send me the email address you used for the Mailwasher account? (private message is fine)
