When I try to log in to MWM on my galaxy nexus, and I "fat finger" my email address, I cannot edit it in the usual way. When I try to click on the mid-text character, the cursor jumps to the beginning or end of the text. Mid-text editing is blocked. I can only edit by deleting from the end of the text to get back to the wrong character. This does not happen in any other app or screen - only in MWM 2.0.
Also, the warning "invalid email address" pops up before "tail-first" editing the line (by deleting from the end) is finished, making editing the email address a troublesome and user unfriendly task. Phone is galaxy nexus Android 4.2.2 Kernel 3.1.31. It also happens on my wife's phone (same model), but it does not happen on mailwasher.firetrust.com.

Re: MWM 2.0 Android - can't edit login field
This cursor placement is not happening on later versions of Android - kitkat probably because it's using Chrome as the browser behind it instead of the earlier Android browser. It puts a nice blue arrow where you want to edit the text. I suspect other apps are not web apps like MW Mobile.
Also, not seeing the error appear when backtracking on the email address
