Re: No email accounts log in
Mailwasher In is allowed in the firewall not that I touch that.
Also the passwords will log in to the webserver app for email with no issues.

Re: No email accounts log in
Yeah that's a weird one, I take it Outlook is having no issues ?
The errors in the logs are a failure to resolve to server name to the IP address. If you haven't rebooted the machine lately, I'd try that first.
Do you have an antivirus program with an email scanning component ? As that might be intercepting the communications between MailWasher and the server, if so, disable the email scanning aspect.
Note related to this issue, but as some other issues have been resolved under Help >> uncheck Log Protocol >> as that will reduce the load on MailWasher.
We also have .38 version
http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mail ... _12_38.exe

Yep outlook is fine.
It was only recently rebooted but I do one now and see what happens.
If same I try the .38 version install.

Re: No email accounts log in
OK, just Windows Firewall ? And I guess there's nothing you can think of that has changed on the machine, no other programs installed or uninstalled etc..
On startup MailWasher is unable to access the registration server, and then unable to create a network connection to the accounts, however you can send Logs. So it clearly is able to establish a connection on the port for sending an email.
Try changing one account under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> Advanced >> check the SSL option >> Save >> does that account then work ?
It doesn't matter which account you choose, they all support SSL.

OK, try installing the C++ libraries. MailWasher uses these for connectivity.
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/de ... g=en&id=29
Visual C++ Redistributable Package:

Be worth checking Win Updates after install as well.

Re: No email accounts log in
That would be annoying if it was. Is there a System Restore point you can go back to when MailWasher was working ?

Re: No email accounts log in
You could also trying opening a Command Prompt and
PING mail.server.com
Where mail.server.com is the server address for one of the accounts. This will return an IP address, which you can then enter into MailWasher as the server address.
