Hi everyone. This is my first post here and thank you for reading. I'm using the most current version of the software, but it's the free version.
I have an issue with filters. When I make a filter and set it to auto-delete an email that matches that filter, it doesn't delete the email. I have several filters like this and I can't seem to make it work. Here's an example:
if this word is in the from field, then delete the email. But nothing happens when I get another email that matches the filter.
Any ideas?

Can you lend an insight . . . . . . . all the steps leading us to be able to reproduce the auto-delete issue you've been facing — screenshot/s of your auto-delete filter would be welcome.
